The PRS Dany Villarreal Astryx limited-edition signature Custom 24 is the new model for The Warning guitarist and lead singer. They each come with upgraded specifications, including an ebony fretboard with a Solecito “little sun” 12th fret inlay and a stunning Ocaso sunset finish over a figured maple ’10 Top’.
Nitro Finish
The PRS Astryx Limited Edition features a high-quality nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Visually, this guitar is pretty amazing, and if you love a flame maple top, the sunset-like aesthetic of the finish will appeal. It fades from deep purples through red and orange to yellow and back.
Signature Custom 24
The core specifications are based on the Custom 24 and include that beautiful figured 10 Top maple cap, a mahogany body, 24 frets, and a Pattern Thin neck with a 25-inch scale length. Reliable vibrato is ensured by the PRS-patented Gen III tremolo in combination with PRS Phase III locking tuners. Tonally, it features two PRS DMO humbuckers.
